Dr. Joni Collins DMS, PA-C, CAC is an expert in Precision Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine

Dr. Joni Collins, DMS, PA-C, CAC, is the founder and CEO of Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Medical Wellness, Twelve Twenty Eight IP LLC, and Twelve Twenty Eight Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine. Through these organizations, Dr. Collins has developed an integrated ecosystem dedicated to precision aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and longevity medicine. Her approach combines evidence-based medical care with aesthetics, wellness, and cellular optimization to improve long-term patient outcomes.

As a Doctor of Medical Science, board-certified Physician Associate, Certified Aesthetic Consultant, national educator, inventor, entrepreneur, and active board member of both the Academy of Doctoral PAs (ADPA) and the Georgia Association of Physician Associates (GAPA), Dr. Collins has spent more than two decades developing proprietary, protocol-driven systems that bridge traditional medicine with precision aesthetic and regenerative medicine. She is the creator of The 1228 Protocol™, The 1228 Method™, The 1228 Advocate™, and other proprietary patient-care frameworks designed to address the root causes of aging while promoting natural, measurable, and sustainable results.

While Dr. Collins teaches providers across the United States, she remains actively committed to patient care. She continues to see patients at the Twelve Twenty Eight location in Roswell, Georgia, where she specializes in comprehensive aesthetic, regenerative, and longevity medicine. Dr. Collins has extensive expertise in facial balancing, regenerative injectables, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), polydioxanone (PDO) therapies, collagen stimulation, peptide optimization, weight management, wellness medicine, and personalized treatment protocols designed to optimize patients from the cellular level outward.

Rather than focusing on isolated procedures, Dr. Collins believes every treatment should be part of a comprehensive strategy. She approaches each patient by evaluating the body as an interconnected system and integrating medical history, hormonal balance, nutritional health, inflammation, skin biology, and regenerative therapies into individualized treatment plans. Her philosophy centers on prevention, restoration, and optimization not simply correcting the visible signs of aging.

Dr. Collins’s clinical background spans internal medicine, cardiology, reproductive endocrinology with a focus on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and infertility, dermatology, psychology, emergency medicine, and precision aesthetic and regenerative medicine. This multidisciplinary experience allows her to evaluate complex patient presentations while delivering thoughtful, evidence informed care that addresses both health and aesthetics.

Throughout her career, Dr. Collins has trained thousands of medical professionals in advanced precision aesthetic and regenerative techniques. She is a nationally recognized educator, the founder of Train With 1228™, and a member of the teaching faculty at Boston BioLife. In this role, she educates providers on advanced regenerative medicine, platelet-rich fibrin, collagen-induction therapies, PDO techniques, complication management, patient safety, and practice growth. Dr. Collins is passionate about elevating the standard of care within the aesthetic industry through education, mentorship, advocacy, and protocol based medicine.

Dr. Collins’ s philosophy of patient care was profoundly shaped during a personal season of prolonged bed rest while carrying her twin daughters. That experience transformed her perspective on medicine, reinforcing the importance of compassion, connection, and treating every patient as a whole person rather than as a diagnosis or procedure. It remains the foundation of the care she provides today.

At Twelve Twenty Eight, every patient experience is built around precision, education, transparency, and long-term partnership. Rather than offering temporary solutions or chasing trends, Dr. Collins focuses on helping patients age intelligently by restoring tissue health, supporting cellular function, and creating individualized treatment plans that evolve with each stage of life.

For Dr. Collins, medicine is more than a profession, it is a calling. Whether caring for patients in the Roswell clinic, teaching providers across the country, serving on the boards of ADPA and GAPA, developing innovative protocols, conducting research, or advancing regenerative medicine through education, she remains committed to improving lives through science, compassion, and clinical excellence while building a lasting legacy of innovation, service, and patient-centered care for future generations.
